Needless to say, a work in progress!
As I grow comfortable with the range and variety of foods suitable for a keto-adapted lifestyle, I will add to this list. The goal is always to reduce my daily carb intake to less than 50g. Some of the items listed below contain carbs and therefore the key is to strike a balance between the different food types.
